An umbrella company acts as your employer whilst you carry out work for a recruitment agency or end client.

Your agency or end client remains responsible for your assignment, whilst MY Pay PAYE manages the employment and payroll side of the arrangement.

Your approved earnings are processed through PAYE, with the appropriate deductions made before your net salary is paid to you.

You receive a payslip showing how your pay has been calculated.
